Minutes Child Form
The Minutes child form is located under the Document tab on the Committee Profile and displays a list of committee minutes that have been uploaded for the committee.
Committee minutes can be added from this child form.
Minutes Child Form Information
The Minutes child form displays a listing of committee minutes documents that have been uploaded for the committee. This child form displays the following data columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Meeting Date | This is the date the meeting was held for the uploaded meeting minutes. |
Location | This is where the meeting was held for the uploaded meeting minutes. |
Document | This is the hyperlinked name of the document. Clicking this will download the meeting minutes. |
Document Summary | This is the current status for the committee participant. |
The following icons are available next to each record on the Minutes child form:
- Edit - Clicking the Edit icon will open the Edit - Committee Minutes pop-up window where changes can be made to the participant's record.
- Delete - Clicking the Delete icon will open a confirmation window confirming that you wish to delete the meeting minutes from the committee.
Note: You can also add a minute participant to a committee by clicking the Add icon found on the Minutes child form.
