Minutes Child Form

The Minutes child form is located under the Document tab on the Committee Profile and displays a list of committee minutes that have been uploaded for the committee.

Committee minutes can be added from this child form.

Minutes Child Form Information

The Minutes child form displays a listing of committee minutes documents that have been uploaded for the committee. This child form displays the following data columns:

Column Description
Meeting Date This is the date the meeting was held for the uploaded meeting minutes.
Location This is where the meeting was held for the uploaded meeting minutes.
Document This is the hyperlinked name of the document. Clicking this will download the meeting minutes.
Document Summary This is the current status for the committee participant.

The following icons are available next to each record on the Minutes child form:

  • Edit - Clicking the Edit icon will open the Edit - Committee Minutes pop-up window where changes can be made to the participant's record.
  • Delete - Clicking the Delete icon will open a confirmation window confirming that you wish to delete the meeting minutes from the committee.

Note: You can also add a minute participant to a committee by clicking the Add icon found on the Minutes child form.
